Fr. Robert Stewart (Fr Rob) arrived in Aldershot as our new Parish Priest in September 2023. In 2024 he was additionally appointed as the Co-ordinating Pastor for North East Hampshire Pastoral Area.

 

He was ordained priest by Bishop Philip Egan on 25th June 2017 for the Diocese of Portsmouth, following Formation at St John's Seminary, Wonersh. He has served in Abingdon, Guernsey and Reading, and for the past three years he has been Parish Priest of St Margaret Mary's Park Gate near Fareham, where he has also served as part of the Catholic Chaplaincy to Queen Alexandra Hospital. He was formed and ordained alongside our own Fr Ansel D'Mello who replaced him in Park Gate. Please pray for him in his ministry here.
